NAFA Announces 2011 Board Of Trustees; Corporate Professionals Elected To 6 Of 11 Trustee Positions

A duly formed Nominating Committee consisting of Gayle Pratt, Chair; Kirk Budhai; Rachel Johnson, CAFM; Chris Burgeson, CAFM; Pedro Miranda; Stuart May, CAFM; and Marianne Stuart, CAFM has nominated and secured acceptance from the following nominees in the respective positions for one-year terms beginning April 9, 2011. There were no nominations by petition.

Per the Code of Regulations, ARTICLE XIII – CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS: "If there is no contest for any office, there shall be no need to send ballots for that office and the Secretary shall be instructed to cast one vote on behalf of the persons entitled to vote in favor of the person nominated by the nominating committee for that office."

Secretary Ruth Alfson, CAFM cast her vote on Thursday, January 6, 2011 to make the Election of Officers & Trustees for 2011-2012 official.
