Celebrating Membership Milestones
September 2011 Celebrating 45 Years With NAFA Pierre Moquin Laval, PQ Pierre Moquin has been an active member of the Quebec chapter since joining NAFA in 1966. Pierre has served as the Chapter Safety Committee Chair from 1992 to 1996, Chapter Public Service Fleet Committee Chair from 1995 to 1996, Chapter Reception Committee Chair from 2003 to 2004, 2010 to 2011, and is the current Chapter Reception Committee Chair. Pierre also served as the Chapter Program Committee Chair from 2005-2006. NAFA thanks Pierre for his many years of service. Celebrating 25 Years With NAFA  Louise Davis-Lopez, CFM/CAFM Fleet Manager Johnson & Johnson New Brunswick, NJ Louise Davis-Lopez, CFM/CAFM, has more than thirty years fleet experience. She is currently the Fleet Manager for Johnson & Johnson, which includes 7,500 vehicles nationally, one of the largest commercial fleets in the industry. She is responsible for fleet strategy, sustainability goals, managing supplier relationships and the ongoing effective execution of fleet programs, including vehicle acquisition and disposal, leasing, vehicle maintenance and repairs, and fuel management. She is the founder of "Fleet Excellence", an internal recognition program for Johnson & Johnson Fleet Business Partners. The program not only recognizes Best in Class performance, it influences behaviors that drive future results. Her work on the environmental front has earned her the 2010 Environmental Leadership award and recognition in the Top Fifty Commercial, Private Utility & Public Sector Hybrid Fleets. Ms. Davis-Lopez previously served as New Jersey NAFA Chair as well as holding other Chapter positions. She currently serves as NJ Chapter Treasurer as well as National Audit Committee Chair. She was the first to partner with NAFA Headquarters to develop and launch the first NAFA sponsored Pharmaceutical survey, which has become a widely used and highly valued resource in the industry. Louise has also successfully facilitated many past NAFA FMI Pharmaceutical workshops. Louise holds a B.A. degree from Rutgers University in Accounting/Economics and a programming diploma from Chubb Institute. Davis-Lopez earned Green Belt certification for her work on Vehicle Condition, which yielded financial, process and efficiency improvements. For more membership milestones, visit: www.nafa.org
