The Last Word (For 2011)

As the year winds down, I want to take this time to thank you for your support of NAFA. Your engagement with NAFA – regardless of whether it was through membership dues, visiting our websites, attending meetings or conferences, purchasing products or services, or volunteering on the chapter or national levels – has contributed to NAFA having an outstanding year in every way.

From a services standpoint, we improved our annual conference, seminars, webinars, and websites to make them the biggest and best in the industry.

From a products standpoint, we reinforced our claim as "the source" for information and education by launching several new guides and an outstanding lifecycle cost analysis tool. And the momentum of our CAFM personal certification program is palpable and record-breaking and continues to be the standard in fleet certification.

From a branding standpoint, NAFA’s stature as "the source" of all things fleet has led to ever-increasing and record numbers of fleet professionals joining and participating in our activities.

All of this momentum has resulted in a financial picture that is nothing short of miraculous. Best of all, our financial success this year has enabled us to plan for many new and expanded services for you next year – at no additional costs to you!

Thank you for being part of this great movement! NAFA is proud to represent you and your company as the fleet industry’s largest and only all-inclusive fleet association.
