Every fleet is under tremendous pressure to realize cost savings. For many fleet managers, budgets have either flat-lined, been reduced, or even slashed in recent years. Many fleet managers have already identified and implemented the basics, but where can they find new opportunities to materially reduce fleet-related expenses? The educational session, Innovative Cost Savings That Make A Difference, has the answers.
The session will take place on Sunday, April 22 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at America’s Center in St. Louis, MO. It is one of over sixty educational sessions for fleet professionals throughout NAFA’s 2012 Institute & Expo. Moderated by Steve Saltzgiver, Group Director of Fleet Operations, North America and Canada for Coca Cola Refreshments, Inc., the session includes Gary Anderson, Senior Vice President of Business Development, PHH Arval, and Scott Pattullo, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Account Management, Wheels, Inc. as faculty members.
In this illuminating session, industry leaders will share examples of where today’s best fleets are finding innovative ways to control their fleet spend via innovative cost savings strategies beyond the basic tactics; how to assess opportunities, implement a plan, tell your story, and receive the credit you deserve; and they will back up these concepts with real-world success stories from real fleets.
"Cost savings has moved from being an example of great fleet management to being a mandatory aspect of the job," explained NAFA’s Executive Director Phillip E. Russo, CAE. "This session doesn’t just stress the importance of cost savings, it shows how to achieve the best possible results one can."
