NAFA Webinar Focuses On The Best Practices For Improving Driver Behavior

Companies are looking for ways of addressing all concerns impacting the costs, savings, and safety of their fleets and the key to making it so happens to be in the driver's seat. NAFA Fleet Management Association gets to the heart of every fleet, the role of the driver, in "Improving Driver Behavior and The Role of Change Management" on Wednesday, July 25 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) as part of the Association’s 2012 Webinar Series.

It’s no secret that the fleets with the safest, most efficient drivers spend less on fuel and crash costs and have reduced emissions. As drivers are ultimately responsible for behavior that impacts fleet crash rates, fuel consumption, and wear and tear on the vehicles, collectively they represent the single biggest factor in a safe, productive, and efficient fleet operation. But how do you encourage your drivers to change their behavior so that better driving becomes the norm?

About the Presenter: Dondi Dismer is the Director of Sales Engineering with GreenRoad Technologies, a company which specializes in driver performance and safety management for fleets and other organizations. GreenRoad has offices in the U.S., U.K., and Israel; Dismer is based out of the Company Headquarters in Redwood City, CA. He serves as consultant for GreenRoad's clients, focusing on three key areas; successful implementation of GreenRoad's technology into their business practice, change management, and changing of safety cultures. Dismer has spent nine years in the fields of telematics and driver safety and has helped clients implement technology in over 100,000 vehicles. Prior to Joining GreenRoad Dismer was Director of Customer Implementation for @Road.
