CAFM Graduate, Jim Coates, Promoted To LeasePlan USA Regional Vice President, Client Relations Role

LeasePlan USA has recently appointed Jim Coates, CAFM to the position of Regional Vice President, Client Relations, Midwest. In this role, he will be responsible for providing clients with strategic consultation to help them better manage their fleet while achieving the company’s overall business goals.

Jim earned this promotion because of his exceptional work at LeasePlan and his invaluable industry experience in management at Enterprise," said Bryan Steele, Senior Vice President, Client Relations.
Coates joined LeasePlan as an account manager as part of the client services team in 2008. Ultimately, he provided internal management to a portfolio of clients with a combined fleet size of more than 9,000 units, and was an integral part of a client services team that achieved consistently high client satisfaction and loyalty scores. As an account manager, Coates was instrumental in the development of LeasePlan’s Executive Summary, which has become a widely used and key strategic management tool for our clients. He also recently earned his Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) designation, the industry standard for fleet knowledge certification.
