NAFA's Annual Invoice Bundling Option Might Be Just What You're Looking For

Affiliates and Members asked for it, and now NAFA has a new option for the 2013 invoicing cycle. A year's worth of NAFA membership/affiliation renewals all wrapped up into one concise, annual payment might be the streamlined approach you've been waiting for from NAFA!

The Invoice Bundling Option -- a once-yearly process -- can reduce paperwork, clarify accounting, and can free your collective membership with NAFA from inconsistent dues-cycles, but time's running out for your response to take advantage of its benefits.

NAFA Members and/or Affiliates from the same company/employer will have the option to request the invoice bundling of renewal fees for their company's NAFA members. This option would centralize payment under one primary company contact to handle the NAFA relationship and process, and renewal dates will be adjusted under the one common renewal date of January 31. So, rather than having several invoices sent out throughout the year, all your invoicing is accomplished in one tidy process.

Please note that this is an option: you do not need to bundle NAFA membership/affiliation renewals if you choose not to do so. You can still participate in the regular invoicing cycle -- so that each NAFA Member/Affiliate from your company will receive his/her separate membership renewal invoice. Yet, in order to participate in the bundling, you must take action now. This will be the only time for the 2013 renewal year that your company can elect to participate in this option.

Email info@nafa.org with the name, phone number, and email address of the person who will be responsible for coordinating the bundled invoices for your company by September 30, 2012. NAFA will reach out to your company's point of contact for further information to help set up this process and the bundled invoice will be sent in mid-October.
