You might have missed out on NAFA's first Early-Bird Registration Prices...don't let the second slip by.
NAFA’s annual Institute & Expo (I&E) is the largest event of the fleet management industry and the perfect opportunity to increase your networking power. Fleet professionals attend year after year because they experience I&E’s hands-on value: Network with thousands of fleet professionals; find the latest services and products on the I&E Expo Floor; experience cutting-edge training and education; and improve your employer’s bottom line.
NAFA has designed this year's registration offerings with such savings right across the board of options, you'll want to take advantage of these as soon as possible. Registering before the close of the second Early Bird period, March 7, saves you money. This is a chance you won't want to miss out on.
It may come as a surprise to those who live outside the region, but the official airport of NAFA’s 2013 Institute & Expo (I&E) is actually in Philadelphia rather than Atlantic City, the site of the conference. NAFA is encouraging attendees to the I&E to fly into Philadelphia International Airport, which offers more direct flights and lower rates, and is represented by all major airlines. To make things even easier and enjoyable, NAFA is running a shuttle to and from Philadelphia and Atlantic City. The NAFA shuttle is not only convenient, but provides a great networking opportunity as well!
NAFA’s 2013 Institute & Expo will take place April 23-26 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ. The I&E is the largest fleet management event of the year, attracting fleet professionals from throughout the United States and Canada. A recent search on Travelocity.com showed that flights from most cities in America to Philadelphia are currently available for less than $350, with many costing even less. In addition, NAFA has booked a block of rooms at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort for just $99 per night. This makes the 2013 I&E one of the least expensive for travel in recent years.
Here are the costs for flights to Philadelphia from various cities in America:
- Under $350 roundtrip: From Los Angeles, Chicago, Minnesota, New Orleans, Detroit, San Francisco, and Houston
- Under $325 roundtrip: From Atlanta, Las Vegas, St. Louis, and Nashville
- Under $275 roundtrip: From Seattle, Dallas, and Miami
"This is the first time in a decade NAFA has held the Institute & Expo in the northeast," said NAFA’s Executive Director Phillip E. Russo, CAE. "We’re excited to have the best and brightest in fleet come to our home state. With hotel rooms starting at $99 per night, inexpensive flights, and no increase in conference registration costs, this is one of the most affordable conferences in years. And we’ve not only kept the costs down, but have added an awards night gala to celebrate the end of the first day of educational sessions, added a brand-new sustainability track of educational sessions produced by CALSTART, and we’re running the event during the week for the first time in decades due to popular demand. The prices may be low, but we’re not reducing anything - we’re expanding things!
"It’s shaping up to be our best conference to date!" added Russo.
