NAFA's New York-Intercounty Chapter and SAE Metropolitan Section co-host a joint meeting titled "The Future is Now – The Latest in CNG Products and Services" on Thursday, March 14, at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Times Square Room (Second Floor, South Wing) next to Drago’s Shoe Repair Shop, 625 8th Avenue and 41st Street, Manhattan, NY.
The panel discussion will take place 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. with a buffet lunch from 12:00 – 1:00. The cost to attend is: for Members/Guests $35.00; SAE Retirees/Students $10.00. Cash or check, payable to "NAFA New York Chapter," will be accepted at the door.
Join us as we learn first-hand from a panel of CNG experts. Tom LaMano of Cummins Power Systems will discuss their new engine lineup including their latest CNG engines. In addition, Dean Sloane, the Chief Executive Officer of Clean Vehicle Solutions will discuss their innovative conversions of traditional gasoline/diesel powered vehicles to CNG. Finally, Brian Perone and Michael Orgera from Clean Energy Fuels Corporation will discuss how the latest CNG infrastructure developments will increase fuel availability and accessibility. This will be a great opportunity to learn about emerging trends in the automotive industry and newly available products and services.
