The Nation's Capital Chapter meeting on March 21 had special meaning this month as Chapter Chair Allen Mitchell, Chief, Arlington County, DES Equipment Bureau, presented the certificate of CAFM completion to Donald Scruggs (right), Fleet Maintenance Officer for the Washington Metropolitan Area. Congratulations, Donald Scruggs, CAFM!



The Nation's Capital Chapter Annual Business Meeting was held at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) facility in Hyattsville, MD. Kevin Newman (left), Director Service Vehicles/Equipment for WMATA hosted the meeting.
