Ed Iannuzzi has more than 30 years' experience in the fleet management industry. He began with ARI managing the technical call center in support of the company's fleet maintenance, fuel, accident management, personal use reporting, and driver safety services. He has since held lead roles in various customer service positions. Currently as Manager of Driver Services, Ed consults with clients and develops custom solutions that will keep their drivers safe and compliant. Ed began his automotive career as a master technician for General Motors before joining Lend Lease Cars, a company acquired by ARI in 1989.
