ARI's Ed Pierce Receives His Fleet Excellence Award For Affiliate Of The Year

On Friday, May 10, Ed Pierce, Branding & Global Marketing Vice President for ARI, stopped by the NAFA office in Princeton, NJ, to pick up his Fleet Excellence Award. As recipient of the first FLEXY for Affiliate of the Year, Pierce said he was supremely honored to receive the first Affiliates' award as a representative of ARI.
NAFA Executive Director Phil Russo, CAE, said, "With Ed's encouragement, ARI has been one of NAFA's biggest supporters the past five years, with heavy involvement in national and chapter committees, on product and seminar development, with Expo space and sponsorship, and offering all of ARI's resources for NAFA. Ed and ARI have been outstanding partners with NAFA."
The belief in partnership fuels Pierce’s commitment to the Association. "NAFA gives Affiliates and Members the best chance to learn from each other," notes Pierce. "The more that companies -- and individuals -- get involved with NAFA, the more they learn and the more they can contribute to the betterment of their businesses and to the industry. A company can spend beaucoup dollars on market research and formal surveys, but it can never replace being face-to-face with its customers, prospective customers, and peer groups involved with fleet."
