The
CAFM certification is the industry standard for fleet knowledge, and
proof of that rests with the companies that choose to be Corporate
Partners with NAFA in this outstanding program. In May, Coca-Cola
announced the company would be signing on as a Corporate Partner with
the Center for Professional Fleet Certification.
NAFA's Center For Professional Fleet Certification (CPFC) Board. CPFC or
"the Center" is an alliance of associations, universities,
organizations, and companies involved in vehicle fleet management
brought together to advance industry professionalism through individual
and organizational certification programs.
NAFA's Executive Director Phillip E. Russo, CAE said of Coca-Cola, "NAFA
is very proud to have a company like Coca-Cola recognize the value of
CAFM accreditation. With the vehicle resources a company like Coca-Cola has
at their disposal, to recognize the value of this high degree of
education, is gratifying."
The Center exists to advance the vehicle fleet management profession by
establishing standards of excellence, certifying attainment of those
standards, and promulgating those standards so they attain universal
acceptance. The Center is committed to pursuing agreements with fleet
industry associations, entities, and institutions of higher education to
build a global fleet certification alliance.
