NAFA Warning! Beware of Misleading Housing Services Inquiries!

NAFA's 2014 Institute & Expo in Minneapolis, MN is April 8-11.  We hope you plan on attending!  While making your hotel reservations, please be aware that NAFA does NOT work with any housing bureaus or agencies.  You must make your hotel reservations directly with the hotels, which are the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, Marriott City Center, and the Radisson Minneapolis.
                               
If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be representing NAFA or offering to assist you in making your hotel reservations, please know that they are not affiliated with NAFA and may actually do damage to NAFA by directing you to hotel with which NAFA does not have a contract.
                               
Please note that neither NAFA, nor the Institute & Expo (I&E) have any relationship with a company called Exhibitor Housing Services, and they have no right to use NAFA's name or iconography for any reason. If you are contacted by Exhibitor Housing Services, do NOT give any of your personal or financial data. NAFA does not do business with Exhibitor Housing Services or any third party company for I&E room blocks or housing and will not be held liable for those who are deceived by this fraudulent notification.
                               
Furthermore, if you have received solicitation from this or any other company offering to assist you in making your hotel reservations-- through the regular mail, through email, or by phone -- please contact NAFA Meetings and Education Director Matthew Marcial at: mmarcial@nafa.org. Please include how you were solicited and if NAFA trademarks and iconography were employed.
