For South Central, Remarketing's The Thing

On February 27, NAFA's South Central Chapter held their meeting in Fort Worth, TX with about 40 attendees. The speaker for the day was Tim Sowards, Business Development/Fleet Remarketing at Flexco Fleet Services.
He talked about the different methods of remarketing your company vehicles, auctions, and how they operate. Also, the advantages of selling to your driver and employees and upstream remarketing were discussed, as well as how the Internet is becoming a bigger player for vehicle remarketing.
The Chapter also held their board elections for the upcoming year. The new board consists of:
Chapter Chair - Bill Sterner, CAFM, Equipment Services Supervisor, City of Fort Worth
Vice Chair - Chris Syed, Fleet/Facilities Administrator, Mission Foods
Treasurer - Patty Palmer, Fleet Secretary, City of Grapevine
