NAFA Fleet Management Association extends thanks to the generous sponsors who have partnered with the Association for the 2014 International Fleet Academy, November 5-7 at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. Their sponsorship helps fund the provisions that make the IFA the premier networking opportunity of the fall season.
The IFA focuses on developing and implementing fleet policies across the globe. This three day conference is specifically designed to meet the needs of those who manage fleets outside of the United States and Canada. The IFA offers global fleet managers an opportunity to engage with each other while sharing information on a peer-to-peer level.
"Everything is falling into place, and the enthusiasm level (for the IFA) is really unprecedented," said NAFA Chief Executive Officer Phillip E. Russo, CAE. "There's a definite need for trusted, in-depth education in the global fleet arena, and NAFA is uniquely qualified to fill that need. Here in our fourth year of bringing the International Fleet Academy to fleet professionals, the degree of interest in this conference is only increasing."
That enthusiasm has spread to the sponsors who have recognized the value of being in partnership with the IFA. A.I.A.G.A., Italy’s largest fleet management association, returns as a sponsor for the 2014 IFA, and is joined by media sponsors
Automotive Digest and
International Fleet World.
The following companies have graciously sponsored noted events at the 2014 IFA:
ARI
Donlen
Element Fleet Management
Fleet Logistics International
GE Capital Fleet
LeasePlan USA
Mercedes-Benz
Wheels, Inc.
Designed specifically to meet the needs of those who manage fleets outside of the United States and Canada, NAFA’s International Fleet Academy offers fleet professionals the tools to gain understanding, and the opportunity to discuss the problems and challenges they’re facing with some of the brightest minds in global fleet management.
NAFA’s International Fleet Academy helps attendees build the specialized skills needed for the expanding and changing fleet environment across diverse world markets. Attendees will leave with a standard of excellence for their dealings within and outside their organization, with customers, suppliers, and drivers among others. The conference is a "must" for companies and organizations with global fleets, as well as corporate global fleet managers; corporate fleet directors; procurement specialists; corporate executives with reporting responsibility for their organization’s fleet operations; fleet personnel who assist fleet managers and directors in their global fleet operations; and fleet managers, directors, and executives who want to learn more about multi-national fleet operations.
"The Orlando, Florida event is the last for 2014. The seats are filling up fast, and we’ve been encouraging everyone to be a part of it before the registration ends on October 29," said Russo. "NAFA's International Fleet Academy is providing something that our membership and the entirety of the fleet profession have been asking for. I am certain everyone who attends will take away information that will up their game when it comes to running a global fleet."
Registration closes October 29, 2014. Registration and program information is available at:
