Mark Klein has been associated with NAFA first as a Member and most recently as an Affiliate. As a Member, Mark served as Secretary of the NAFA Chicago Chapter back in 1982. As an Affiliate, he was appointed Vice Chair of NAFA’s Affiliates Committee in 2009, appointed Affiliate Chair in 2011, and became a NAFA board member as Affiliate Trustee in 2013.

Mark’s fleet experience began over 36 years ago in 1979. He spent eleven years with Canteen Corporation administering their fleet of 3,700 vehicles and moved to Safelite AutoGlass in 1990 as Fleet Manager. In 2003, he was promoted to Strategic Account Manager for Safelite Solutions and has served in this position for more than twelve years. His responsibilities include proposing and maintaining auto glass solutions for fleet industry leasing company programs.

In addition to his duties at Safelite, Mark was the Mayor of the City of Powell, Ohio in 2000-2001. He resides in Powell with Mary, his wife of 37 years, and their three daughters. Mark enjoys golf and spending time with family.

Mark graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BS in Business Management from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio.

Dennis Sendera, CAFM®, is a member of the Chicago Chapter. He served as Chair of the Chapter Certification Committee 1994-1997.
