About the presenters: Greg Ross, Director, Business Development and Alliances, GM Global Connected Customer Experience: Greg Ross is responsible for leading the GM Global Connected Customer Experience group’s partner relations strategy and business development. He oversees relationships with local Michigan companies as well as companies around the globe.
Previously, Ross was Director of Business Extensions for OnStar, leading efforts to develop new business ventures.
Tom Sloan, Manager, Telematics Products, Donlen: Tom Sloan, a four-year Donlen veteran, led the development of the company’s consulting products and been a client consultant during his tenure. Prior to joining the company, he worked in economic consulting in both Abu Dhabi and Alaska.
