Benefit From NAFA's Annual Invoice Bundling Option

Affiliates and Members asked for it, and NAFA listened for
the 2015 invoicing cycle: A year's worth of NAFA membership/affiliation
renewals all wrapped up into one concise, annual payment. The Invoice
Bundling Option -- a once-yearly process -- returns for 2016 and can
reduce
paperwork, clarify accounting, and can free your collective membership
with NAFA from inconsistent dues-cycles.
NAFA Members and/or Affiliates from the same company/employer will have
the option to request the invoice bundling of renewal fees for their
company's NAFA members. This option would centralize payment under one
primary company contact to handle the NAFA relationship and process, and
renewal dates will be adjusted under the one common renewal date of
January 31. So, rather than having several invoices sent out throughout
the year, all your invoicing is accomplished in one tidy process.
You can still
participate in the regular invoicing cycle if you prefer it -- so that
each NAFA Member/Affiliate from your company will receive his/her
separate membership renewal invoice. This is yet another example of NAFA
providing fleet professionals with choices that suit them best.
In order to participate in the bundling, you must take action now. This will be the only time for
the 2015 renewal year that your company can elect to participate in this
option.

info@nafa.org with your contact information by September 25, 2015. NAFA will contact
you for further information to help set up this process and you will be
invoiced mid-October.
