About the presenter: Appointed in September 2012 as the Fleet Management Sales Support Representative, John Herold is responsible for assisting new clients in implementing the ARI maintenance management program as well as providing maintenance concern resolution and repair advice for clients.
In his previous position as Truck Account Administrator, John provided strategic opportunities for maintenance cost savings while managing over 7,000 vehicles for 6 different complex fleets. He joined ARI in June 2010 as an ASE Master Technician at the Technical Resource Center where he handled car and truck controlled authorizations along with emergency roadside assistance calls.
John maintains his ASE Master Technician status and is also a Senior Master Ford Technician. He graduated summa cum lade with a bachelor's degree in automotive business management from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and is also a graduate of the Ford ASSET program.
