10:00 AM to Noon: Jeremy Guddat from the Colorado State Patrol will be presenting Managing Commercial Fleet Operations, featuring updates on numerous changes to Commercial Motor Vehicles. The topics will include: what a commercial vehicle is, how to navigate the FMCSRs as they relate to qualifying drivers, Commercial Drivers Licenses (CDL), drug and alcohol testing, vehicle operations, tracking hours of service, and vehicle maintenance.
