Chelsea Mathis: Chelsea has held several key positions within the fleet industry that have resulted in costs savings and efficiency. She started her career with Donlen, and has consulted with a wide array of clients to identify opportunities to lower costs and increase savings. In addition, she managed Donlen’s environmental initiatives and other strategic projects. Most recently, Chelsea was the fleet manager for Allstate Insurance Company. With over 3,000 units within the fleet, Chelsea was able to decrease overall fleet spend through the implementation of a strategic fleet policy. Her fleet management expertise led her back to Donlen, where she currently heads the outsourced management division of Donlen. Her Fleet Administrative Services (FAS) team is responsible for running a portfolio of fleets efficiently and effectively.

Sonya Garrepy: Sonya manages a fleet of 380 vehicles for IDEXX, which is a $1.5 billion dollar company headquartered Westbrook, Maine. IDEXX is a leader in pet healthcare innovation, serving veterinarians around the world and offering a broad range of diagnostic and information technology-based products and services. In 2014, IDEXX transitioned from a car allowance program to a fleet program and Sonya, a 21 year IDEXX veteran, was tasked with developing the program and policies. She has since spoken at the NAFA I&E on building an effective fleet policy, created a local fleet managers group in Maine, and enjoys sharing her learning with other fleet managers who are developing a new policy or looking to enhance their existing policy.

This webinar is sponsored by Donlen.
