NAFA's 2017 I&E Call For Presentations: Deadline For Submissions Is Wednesday, May 25!

Do you have an issue or question you would like to see addressed at next year's Institute & Expo in Tampa, Florida? Is there a topic of specific concern for your fleet or your fleet career? Let NAFA know!

NAFA's I&E Curriculum Committee is currently working to identify key topics for the 2017 I&E. This is your chance to submit topics and session ideas that would benefit you and your fleet industry peers. All fleet professionals are invited to recommend sessions and suggest speakers or panelists for consideration.

The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, May 25. Be sure to act before time runs out! Submit your presentation proposal today!

Presentations geared toward specific fleet issues and fleet segments -- such as global, law enforcement, corporate, and government fleets -- are encouraged! Whether you need education and training on current safety policies or the latest mandates and regulations, or whether you want to learn how to build and encourage your fleet team or need to consider new fleet cost-saving ideas, let us know!

Please review the following questions when preparing your session proposal:

• Is this topic relevant to attendees and fleet professionals today?
• Is the subject matter well-defined? Is the topic specific "enough"?
• Is this topic geared to a specific fleet segment or fleet community? If so, which audience (corporate, government, law enforcement, global? Advanced fleet professionals or those new to the field?)
• Is the topic timely?
• Does the material and information have practical application for attendees?
• Is the material original?
• What is the overall perceived level and quality of session content?
• Have I provided all information requested?

Due to the large number of submissions, organizations and companies are limited to submitting presentations for five (5) sessions. Please be sure to provide complete information including speaker qualifications such as previous presentations in topic area, participant evaluations of presenter(s) at previous events (if applicable) and speaking experience of presenter(s).

Again, please make sure to submit your idea(s) today! Plans are already underway for our 2017 Institute and Expo (April 25-28, 2017 in Tampa, Florida) and we want to hear from you. The deadline for submissions is  Wednesday, May 25!
