The instructors for this webinar will be:
Heidi DiAngelo is responsible for the strategic development of global services and partnerships of the Element-Arval Global Alliance. She assists companies seeking long-term international fleet solutions that increase visibility, decrease Total Cost of Ownership, and standardize fleet policies. Heidi assists global companies in following best practices to developing multinational fleet strategies, while connecting them to the local fleet experts. An employee of Element since 2004, she holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communications from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

As Program Manager, Andrea Krzyzanowski focuses on program operations, process improvements, policies and global strategies. Her areas of responsibility include the Travel Program (U.S.), Meetings & Events Program (U.S.) with global oversight, Fleet Management (U.S.) with global oversight, Equipment Leasing Program (U.S.), Corporate Travel & Entertainment Card Program (U.S.) with global oversight and the Corporate Purchasing Card Program (U.S.). Andrea is currently a member of the Global Fleet Advisory Board, NAFA, ACTE, and GBTA.
