NAFA Treasurer Patti Earley, CAFM®, Appointed to DOT Working Group

Patti Earley, CAFM®, NAFA Treasurer and Fleet Fuel Operations Specialist at Florida Power and Light, has been selected by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to serve on its Emergency Route Working Group (ERWG).
Established under the Fixing America's Surface Transportation (FAST) Act, the ERWG is tasked with providing the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, through the Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), with advice and recommendations for the implementation of best practices for expeditious State approval of special permits for vehicles involved in emergency response and recovery. The appointment runs through August 24, 2018.
In addition to her work with the Board of Trustees, Patti has lent her expertise to several of NAFA's education initiatives including NAFA's Fleet 101 Webinar Series and NAFA's Sustainable Fleet Webinar Series.
