NAFA Committee Member Art Liggio Takes Control Of Driving Dynamics

NAFA Associate Member Committee Vice Chair-Associate Member Art Liggio, Driving Dynamics' President and CEO, has acquired the company from its retiring founders Bill Buff and Paull Hubbard, with investment firm Intuitis LLC, and Philadelphia-based investment bank Delancey Street Partners.

The Newark, Delaware-based company has been under private ownership since 1987. Liggio joined the company in 2008.
