However, please note that neither NAFA, nor I&E have any relationship with lodging companies regarding events such as the I&E, and they have no right to use NAFA's name or iconography for any reason.
If you are contacted by any such organization, do NOT give any of your personal or financial data. These companies typically ask for payment up front, and rooms may not actually exist.
NAFA does not do business with any third-party company for I&E room blocks or housing and will not be held liable for those who are deceived by this fraudulent notification.
Booking rooms through these third-party entities, if such rooms exist, hurts NAFA as we have a contracted obligation with the hotels we work with to fill a pre-determined block of rooms. If you book hotel rooms outside of these contracted parameters, NAFA may face a large financial penalty from the hotels.
