NAFA Webinar – CAFM/CAFS Business Management: Register Today!
NAFA's Certification Board is pleased to announce a Business Management webinar scheduled for Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. (EST).
Regulations and legislation both govern fleet managers' relationships within their organization as well as their interaction with various external parties. Dealing with leasing companies, automobile dealers, supply or service contractors, and insurance companies all require knowledge of an organization's rights, boundaries, and responsibilities. Without such knowledge, severe consequences can result. As a cornerstone of overall fleet management, this module's competencies will cover a diverse array of practical and commonly encountered topics.
The webinar is designed for Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) and Certified Automotive Fleet Specialist (CAFS) candidates, as well as others interested in improving their knowledge of business management. This webinar is presented by the NAFA Certification Board and not part of the free webinar series for Members; see registration information below.
