An I&E Rundown From The Affiliates' Perspective
If location, location, location is what you are looking for, Charlotte had it going on. A cultural city with a cool vibe, great restaurants, superb attractions, a fun nightlife, and who can forget Nascar? It was the perfect location to host this year's NAFA event.
The conference sessions and speakers were outstanding. The sessions were a step above from years past. They were both informational and relevant to the challenges we all face in the fleet and business world today. The key note speakers and panels gave us perspective on the future of the automotive industry and how economic, strategic, and ecological factors will impact our way of doing business in the future.
The Expo was in full force this year, completely sold out, and from most of the reviews, a rousing success. Traffic was steady and the setup made for a flow that solicited conversation for both members and exhibitors. The Expo is on its way to sold-out status again for St Louis, so don't miss out. The Key to the Treasure contest was fun, with many "Jack Sparrows" of all shapes and sizes looking for that key will open that buried treasure.
The I&E Networking Event proved to be everything it was supposed to be -- great attendance of Members, Affiliates and Exhibitors. Held in a great space, with plenty of room to mingle, catch up, and converse, and with great food and beverage. Everyone had a good time.
Once again, thanks to all the sponsors and media sponsors for their continued support of this event. Your contribution makes it an even bigger success!
We look forward to next year's event in St Louis! We have got big shoes to fill after this year's but you know what they say in Missouri -- "Show me."
And we will!
