NAFA listens to its Members and Affiliates, and when people asked if there was something that could be done about pricing for attending the 2012 Institute & Expo, the response was immediate and decisive. For the first time, NAFA is offering a complete menu of registration categories and pricing, all developed to offer you choices to enable you to attend.
For starters there are registration options for the number of days which you choose to attend--four days, two days, and one day. These options were created with the understanding that some simply cannot schedule a block of days out of the office. In years past, these attendees might pay the full price but only stay for a day or two, or not attend at all. With this new plan, you can attend with the confidence that you can get all the information you want in the time of your choosing without breaking the bank. All prices are reduced from 2011 rates – some by as much as seventy-five percent.
Get precisely the I&E experience you are looking for! Go for the "full-boat" four day All Access ticket and get everything NAFA offers (including four breakfasts, four lunches, Sunday’s Networking Reception and two days Expo admission). The Education Package Plus provides expo admission, the networking reception, and lunch on Sunday and Monday. The Education Package Limited provides a lower registration price for your training and seminars and includes the expo admission and reception (no meals for this option).
- Four Day All Access Pass – Available to all (Expo admission, educational sessions plus four breakfasts and four lunches, and reception)
- Four Day Education Package Plus – Available to Fleet Managers only (Expo admission, educational sessions plus two lunches (Sun & Mon only), and reception)
- Four Day Education Package Limited – Available to Fleet Managers only (Expo admission, educational sessions, and reception)
- Two Day All Access (Sunday/Monday only) – Available to Fleet Managers only (Expo admission, two days of educational sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, and reception)
- Two Day Education Package Plus (must choose consecutive days) – Available to Fleet Managers Only (Expo Admission, two Lunches, two days of educational sessions and reception (if Sunday))
- Two Day Education Package Limited (must choose consecutive days) – Available to Fleet Managers only (Expo admission, two days of educational sessions, plus reception (if Sunday))
- One Day All Access (Saturday – Tuesday) – Available to Fleet Managers only (Expo admission (Sunday or Monday only) with one day of educational sessions plus one breakfast, one lunch, and reception (Sunday only))
- One Day Education Package Limited (any day) – Available to Fleet Managers only (Expo admission with one day of educational sessions and reception)
Finally, lock in extra savings by registering during Early Bird periods. For example, the Four Day All Access option with four breakfasts, four lunches, networking reception, and expo admission included will cost $569 if you register after 2/29/2012. Take $50 off that price by registering before 2/29, or save $100 (and only pay $469) by registering before 12/31/2011. NAFA has designed this year's registration offerings with such savings right across the board of options, you'll want to take advantage of these as soon as possible. Registering by December 31 saves you the most money, locking in real savings.
Once registration is complete, continue on and book your hotel and travel arrangements. NAFA has arranged many airline discounts and group rates at area hotels. Complete information can be found at
