Donald R. Knapp has been a NAFA member since 1981. Knapp retired from Montana-Dakota Utilities in 2008. He also served as a Chairperson for the Upper Midwest Utility Fleet Council from 1986 to 1988. NAFA thanks Donald for thirty years with the Association! It is the strength of Members like him that have helped make NAFA the fleet industry's strongest association.
