Kbb.com Editors Name Ten Best Used Cars Under $8,000
Kelley Blue Book announced on January 5 their Ten Best Used Cars Under $8,000. As economic conditions in the U.S. continue in a state of flux, many find themselves unable to afford a new car and unwilling to place themselves under a large car loan to get one.
"We first compiled all the used cars 2002 and newer with a retail value of less than $8,000 as of December 2011," said Jack R. Nerad, Executive Editorial Director for kbb.com. "We then went through the list and handpicked the ten used cars with the most appealing mixes of reliability, versatility, and desirability, with an emphasis on track record. The vehicles on our short list offer incredible value for today's budget-conscious car shopper."
