NAFA Announces The 2012-2013 Board of Trustees
The 2012-2013 NAFA Board of Trustees was recently announced by the Nominating Committee consisting of Chris Amos, CAFM, Chair; Carlene Vlient; Tom Larkum; Bob Eggerss; Will Massey, CFM/CAFM; and Cal Kresinger, CAFM. There were no nominations by petition, so NAFA Secretary Sheryl Grossman cast one vote for each candidate, as permitted in NAFA's bylaws.
This year finds finds familiar faces and a new position entering the fold. Joseph La Rosa of Merck & Co. takes on the newly formed position of International Vice President; Gayle Pratt succeeds Chris Amos as Trustee-Past President; and Debi McClendon succeeds Jeffrey Jeter as Trustee-Eastern Region.

Per the Code of Regulations, ARTICLE XIII – CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS: "If there is no contest for any office, there shall be no need to send ballots for that office and the Secretary shall be instructed to cast one vote on behalf of the persons entitled to vote in favor of the person nominated by the nominating committee for that office."
Secretary Sheryl Grossman cast her lone vote to make the Election of
Officers & Trustees for 2012-2013 official.
