In this newly created client relations sales role, Edwards will be responsible for providing unique solutions to LeasePlan’s manufacturer partners. She will also be tasked with retaining and growing LeasePlan’s manufacturer relations programs through increased service penetration, greater dealership participation, and adding manufacturer partners.

In her twenty years at the company, Edwards has served in a wide variety of critical positions, allowing her to gain knowledge in multiple key aspects of the business. In her most recent role as Director of Operations, Vehicle Acquisition, she managed the factory ordering, upfitting, stock and manufacturer receivable groups at the company. She also managed the relationship between them and automobile manufacturers, upfit suppliers, and national dealership franchises.

Edwards’ 27 years of experience in the industry also includes working on the dealership side of the business where she served as a customer service manager and service manager.

Edwards is a founding member of industry organization, Women in Fleet Management (WIFM), a group that brings together "like minded" people in the industry and serves as a resource for female leaders in fleet positions.
