NAFA 2013 Budget Includes Funds For Chapters, Videos, And Beyond Fleet; No Increase In Dues Or Fees

The NAFA Board of Governors, consisting of more than 50 volunteer Members and Affiliates, recently approved an operational budget for the year 2013 that includes funding for every major initiative in the Association’s strategic plan, including help for NAFA’s chapters, promotional videos, and continuing the successful Beyond Fleet campaign.
 
The budget includes an extremely positive financial projection for 2012. At year’s end, the NAFA Finance Committee believes NAFA will realize a net gain of more than $170,000, which is nearly three times more than budgeted. If these numbers hold, this will be the third consecutive year NAFA will have a net gain of at least $170,000.
 
With that success, NAFA’s reserve fund will be fully restored and NAFA will be able to hold membership dues and other fees at their current levels for the next 12 months. Highlights of the 2013 budget include:
