Club NAFA Will Debut At Chapter Recognition Luncheon At 2013 I&E
Only an elite few can be a member of Club NAFA, and this month at NAFA's I&E in Atlantic City, they will be the stars of the Chapter Recognition Luncheon on Friday, April 26. But what exactly is Club NAFA?
This association has been built and maintained by some of the best and brightest in the fleet industry, both as Members and as Affiliates. They have stood by the association through it all, and these individuals who have been such an intrinsic part of NAFA for thirty-or-more years now attain this new designation -- honored members of Club NAFA!
If you are in that category, you have received an email message describing Club NAFA, as well as a request. We would like to hear from you, to gather your personal stories, your
biographies from your years in fleet and your years in NAFA. We want to
celebrate your time with us through written accounts, anecdotes, and
photographs, and would like to share them with your colleagues
throughout the Association.
You will be noted (whether you can be present or otherwise, but we do hope you can join us) and if you are present at I&E you will be asked to take part in a group photo.
Please provide a biographical paragraph or two regarding your work in fleet and your time as a NAFA member as well as a photograph to accompany it. It could be a photo of you from when you started in fleet or as you are today. All material you can provide will be welcomed and will become a part of our Club NAFA celebration.
We ask that you contact us today and allow us the honor of telling your NAFA history. Your bio will be a part of our member celebration so we ask that you would please send your information and photographs to Communications Assistant Donald Dunphy at: ddunphy@nafa.org by Monday, April 15. These materials will also be included in NAFA's publications and websites throughout the year.
And if you are not in the elite Club NAFA classification, we ask that you join us at the Chapter Recognition Luncheon to cheer on your longtime NAFA peers. We couldn't do it without each and every one of you, so thank you very much!
