About the Speakers: Agile Access Control, Inc. President and Co-founder Ed Smith created and led the development of FleetCommander fleet and motor pool management software. Smith and his team have overseen the implementation of FleetCommander technology to right-size fleets and manage the sharing of thousands of vehicles throughout the U.S., and worldwide, including vehicles in Canada, Central America, Asia, and Africa.
Smith is an expert in fleet right-sizing, with extensive program management and systems engineering experience in the fleet industry.
Agile Access Control, Inc. Vice President Matt Wade has more than 11 years of experience working with fleets within state and city governments as well as within the private sector. He has personally been involved with the deployment of enterprise fleet solutions for more than 100 motor pool operations, and is very familiar with the challenges faced by fleets, having spoken to hundreds of fleet managers throughout the U.S. and abroad over the past decade.
Gary Hatfield, Vice President, Mercury Associates, Inc., worked as a fleet manager for nearly 25 years, and has been a full time fleet management consultant for 18 years. He has worked recently with the Department of Defense, the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. General Services Administration, Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State, and many other Federal agencies as well as state and local governments to improve fleet management.
