What’s the opposite of the icy ,cold Minneapolis Polar Vortex that we've been hearing so much about this winter? It’s NAFA’s "Heatageddon" (better known as NAFA’s Institute and Expo being held in Minneapolis, MN, April 8-11). The fleet industry’s largest gathering of fleet professionals is sure to be hottest event this spring, and with the convenience of the interconnected Minneapolis skyway system, you'll be experiencing it all in maximum comfort.
This year's I&E is being held in the beautiful Minneapolis Convention Center, and will give you, the fleet professional, all the tools to assist you in:
- Containing costs
- Operating your fleet in a productive and safe manner
- Utilizing technology to enhance your fleet
- Educational tools and seminars to advance your career
- Developing goals and initiatives to support your company’s strategic plans
Our curriculum this year has been updated and designed to take you to the next level, to advance your career and provide a foundation to build your expertise upon.
One of the most beneficial parts of the I&E is networking, and whether it’s a colleague, an industry expert, or an old friend, you will have ample opportunities to meet and spend time sharing ideas and creating memories. NAFA has even a dedicated Networking Happy Hour on the second day of the Expo with wine, beer, terrific food, and other fun surprises. Relax, unwind, and reconnect!
For those spending additional time in Minneapolis, there are many things to see and do. Also known as the "Mini-Apple," the city offers first-class dining experiences, unique attractions, great museums, as well as many lakes and parks. Also, Minnesota has tax-free shopping, (Plus, can you say Mall of America?)
No matter where you are from, what company or agency you work for you will find the 2014 I&E to be the key to your future fleet success. It's just warming up, so register today at http://www.nafainstitute.org/ See you there!
