Volkswagen Hires NAFA Member Debbie Struna

Congratulations go to NAFA member Debbie Struna, formerly the Fleet Manager for pharmaceutical chain Rite Aid, who has been hired by Volkswagen of America as its Pacific Region Fleet Account Manager. Martin Kiel becomes National Fleet Sales Manager.

Struna managed a corporate fleet of about 1,700 vehicles for Rite Aid, and Volkswagen represented a portion of that. Struna reports to Kiel, and began in this new capacity on March 24. She is slated to be a moderator during the session, Improve Your Negotiation Skills: Put Your BATNA to Bat for You this Wednesday, April 09, at the 2014 I&E. Debbie replaces Doreen Paris, who has left the company.

Kiel has served in the automaker's fleet unit since 2008. Prior to joining Volkswagen, Kiel worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car for seventeen years.
