Yale University, Clean Cities, and the National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium (NAFTC) will be hosting the National Alternative Fuel Vehicle Day Odyssey/Alternative Fuel Technology Expo on Monday, October 6. The event will be located on Yale's West Campus, 100 West Campus Drive in Orange, CT. It will run from 8:30 AM to 3 PM.
The day will include panel discussions on: natural gas - CNG or LNG; propane; electric vehicles; successes achieved by fleets already operating with alternative fuels; and money saving practices that can reduce petroleum usage. There will be alt-fuel vehicle displays, representatives from Yale's Energy Sciences Institute, policymakers and lawmakers who will detail their positions on sustainability, and networking opportunities.
