NAFA Warning! Beware of Misleading Housing Services Inquiries!

We hope you plan on attending the 2015 Institute & Expo in Orlando, Florida, April 14-17, 2015.

Please be aware that NAFA does NOT work with any housing bureaus or agencies. You must make your hotel reservations directly with the hotels, which are the Rosen Plaza and the Rosen Centre.  Housing will open in November along with registration.

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be representing NAFA or offering to assist you in making your hotel reservations, please know that they are not affiliated with NAFA and may actually do damage to NAFA by directing you to a hotel with which NAFA does not have a contract.  

Please note that neither NAFA, nor the Institute & Expo (I&E) have any relationship with companies called either Global Housing Corp. or Exhibitor Housing Services, and they have no right to use NAFA's name or iconography for any reason. If you are contacted by Exhibitor Housing Services or Global Housing Corp., do NOT give any of your personal or financial data.  These companies typically ask for payment up front.  NAFA does not do business with Exhibitor Housing Services, Global Housing Corp., or any third party company for I&E room blocks or housing and will not be held liable for those who are deceived by this fraudulent notification.  You may arrive in Orlando to find out that you do not have a hotel room if you book with these companies and NAFA will not be responsible.  

Furthermore, if you have received solicitation from this or any other company offering to assist you in making your hotel reservations-- through the regular mail, through email, or by phone -- please contact Debi Maines, NAFA Meetings Manager at dmaines@ahint.com or nafa@ahint.com.  Please include how you were solicited and if NAFA trademarks and iconography were used.
