James Rallo

James "Jim" Rallo is a former member of NAFA’s Board of Governors, Vice President of the NAFA Foundation, and Affiliate Trustee.

Rallo’s many accomplishments and long-standing commitment to the fleet management profession have made him a leading industry spokesman by his business peers, competitors and media. In the area of legislation (Clean Air Act and Energy Policy (EPACT) he has been actively involved. On behalf of the fleet industry and PHH, Rallo has testified before a number of state, congressional and federal agencies.

Rallo was also a leader in fleet industry organizations, including: Receiving NAFA’s Honorary Life Membership Award in 1997 for distinguished service to the fleet industry. Automotive Fleet Leasing Association (AFLA), where he was past president, executive vice president, vice president and leader of numerous committees. American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), where he led the industry standards initiative which standardized specifications from the Domestic Three motor companies for ordering new vehicles.

Formerly with PHH (which merged with Element Fleet Management in 2014), Rallo joined the company in 1970. During his career he held numerous management positions including Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President Sales, and Senior Vice President Sales and Client Relations. He retired in March 2009 and enjoys traveling and spending more time with family.
