James Rallo

James "Jim" Rallo is a former member of NAFA’s Board of Governors, Vice President of the NAFA Foundation, and Affiliate Trustee.

Rallo’s many accomplishments and long-standing commitment to the fleet management profession have made him a leading industry spokesman by his business peers, competitors and media. In the area of legislation (Clean Air Act and Energy Policy (EPACT) he has been actively involved. On behalf of the fleet industry and PHH, Rallo has testified before a number of state, congressional, and federal agencies.

Rallo was also a leader in fleet industry organizations, including: Receiving NAFA’s Honorary Life Membership Award in 1997 for distinguished service to the fleet industry. Automotive Fleet Leasing Association (AFLA), where he was Past President, Executive Vice President, Vice President, and leader of numerous committees; and American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), where he led the industry standards initiative which standardized specifications from the Domestic Three motor companies for ordering new vehicles.

Jim was inducted into the Fleet Hall of Fame in 2009.

Formerly with PHH (which merged with Element Fleet Management in 2014), Rallo joined the company in 1970. During his career he held numerous management positions including Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President Sales, and Senior Vice President Sales and Client Relations. He retired in March 2009, but works as an Advisory Board Member for Pricelock, which takes him to places like Russia, China, Africa, and Tibet.

Jim enjoys traveling and spending more time with family. 

Debbie Griffin-Henegan

Debbie Griffin-Henegan started working with her father, Ken Griffin, at North Central Ford in 1985 with a love for the Ford product. Ken started selling in the late 1950’s in the Dallas area, and started actively working the commercial industry in 1965. After college, Debbie worked in sales for IBM introducing the electronic memory typewriter but it didn’t take long for her passion for the Ford products to bring her to work with her dad selling and servicing vehicles. This year in 2015 will be the 30th year she has been with North Central Ford in the Fleet Sales Department known as the Griffin Fleet Team.

Debbie says her main focus is the Ford Fleet customer.  She is active with NAFA and works directly with Ford Motor Fleet Division. Debbie is a member of the South Central Chapter.

Charles Scharmen

With a career in fleet spanning more than 30 years, Charles Scharmen joined NAFA to grow his expertise through NAFA's educational and network opportunities.

Shortly after joining, Chuck became a member of the Affiliates Committee, and then its Chair. In following years, he sat on various national committees as  Affiliate representative and was elected Affiliates Trustee. He has attended 26 Annual Conferences.

Chuck believes that his NAFA experience played an important part of his career longevity.

Chuck is active in the Great Lakes Chapter, where he's lead various committees and remains active there.

NAFA thanks James, Debbie, and Charles for their years with the Association! It is the strength of our members that have helped make NAFA the strongest association in fleet management today.
