Cancellation: Please ensure to cancel prior to the event if your plans change. In this two part meeting we will first discuss legislation introduced in the 2016 session of the VA General Assembly that may affect us as fleets. We also will learn about tools and resources to track legislation through the process.

The second part of the meeting will be an open meeting to discuss the 2016 calendar for the chapter. The board has set a tentative schedule and want to solicit feedback and discussion. This is a for-us, by-us organization so come be part of the process.

The morning presentation by Met Section's own Dr. Lev Klyatis will cover the topic of Successfully Predicting Product Performance with attention to safety quality reliability and maintainability. Lev has authored three books on quality and his fourth book to be published by SAE is due out shortly. Lev is a world class expert on this subject. The second presentation will be an introduction to social media for those of us who are not familiar with the benefits and practical applications of social media as a tool for the fleet professional.
