NAFA is conducting a brief survey on vehicle maintenance and repair practices. The survey will take less than 15 minutes of your time to complete and we ask that you participate to help us recognize any positive or negative trends in the industry. The survey will provide us with a look at:

    In-house or outsourcing
    Preventative maintenance costs
    Scope of cost containment practices
    Vehicle Equivalency Units (VEUs)
    Who does your warranty work
