But you wanted more of your clients to be eligible for this rider.
We've expanded the eligibility criteria!
The Long-Term Care ServicesSM Rider is now available to more clients purchasing an AXA Equitable or MLOA life insurance policy. We've expanded the acceptable underwriting classes to Table D and as examples will now consider the following conditions or impairments for coverage, subject to underwriting review:

The Long-Term Care ServicesSM Rider comes with an additional fee and does have restrictions and limitations. Be sure to review the product specification for details. You must be properly licensed to sell AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company and/or MONY Life Insurance Company of America products with the Long-Term Care ServicesSM Rider. Depending on the issue state, you may be required to have a health insurance license and satisfy LTC CE requirements in addition to other licensing requirements.
