Questions about gift certificates?
NALA Active type members receive an $80 gift certificate when becoming a member, as well as each year they renew. Each gift certificate is valid for one year and can be applied to continuing education, such as live and on-demand webinars, self-study courses, and Conference. The gift certificates cannot be used for membership renewal, apparel, books, and a limited number of state-only courses. 

Please note that NALA no longer prints and mails a physical copy of gift certificates. This is the only part of the process that has changed recently. You may call or email NALA to redeem non-expired gift certificates. However, please remember you must redeem your gift certificate prior to your purchase. Gift certificates cannot be used on already purchased material or courses.
