Many of us have described attorneys as in a “league of their own.” They are generally known to be demanding, micro-managing know-it-alls. Sound like anyone you know? These traits often lead paralegals to feel overwhelmed and question their ability to do their job. What if I told you it has been scientifically proven that attorneys are “wired” differently than you and me?
In this course, we will gain a deeper understanding of the psychology of the attorney and their personality traits. We will look at tools we can use when working with challenging personalities and explore communication techniques to build better working relationships.
