December DEI - NALA DEI Committee 2024 Year in Review

This year was busy and productive for NALA’s Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee. Members met every month to discuss how best to strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout NALA while furthering NALA’s vision of ensuring paralegals are known and valued as an integral part of the legal ecosystem.
