NAPA joins the friends and family in mourning the loss of Mark E. Boden of Ajax Materials Corp in September.
Boden started his career with Ajax Materials in 1989 in its asphalt plant division, working in Michigan and Florida after earning his mechanical engineering degree from Michigan Technological University. He earned a master's degree from the University of Michigan in 2000 and was promoted to Vice President of AMC Michigan in 2003.
Boden had served on the Asphalt Pavement Association of Michigan Board of Directors since 2019. Ajax President Mark Johnston described Mark as the “ultimate leader.”
